Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and operations, with a focus on India payroll. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel. Process monthly payroll for employees in India accurately & on time. Required Candidate profile Knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, statutory compliance requirements Numerical analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail Experience with payroll reconciliation, reporting, analysis.
