About the Role:

Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across retail and corporate functions.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable laws.
• Maintain payroll records, employee master data, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Business teams to ensure timely payouts.
• Prepare and share payroll MIS, dashboards, and statutory reports on time.
• Coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, and vendors when required.
• Drive automation and process improvements in payroll and compliance management.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, HR, or related field.
• 3–6 years of proven experience in payroll processing (retail industry exposure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
• Excellent proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and comfort with HRIS/Payroll software.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.
• Strong integrity and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.

Salary Budget: 7.5 Lacs per annum
