Roles and Responsibilities

• Process payroll efficiently and accurately, adhering to strict timelines.
• Maintain and update payroll information, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
• Supervise and direct the payroll team, assigning workloads to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Business HR to collect and verify data for payroll processing.
• Administer employee benefit plans and oversee payroll-related documentation.
• Monitor accurate processing of appointments, transfers, promotions, and full-and-final settlements (FNF).
• Prepare and organize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports.
• Ensure payroll records are audit-ready and meet statutory requirements.
• Continuously review and improve payroll policies and procedures.
• Provide performance management and growth opportunities for the payroll team.
