As an Installation Manager at the company, your role involves leading and managing a team of Project and Field Engineers for offshore installation campaigns. You will be responsible for coordinating and planning offshore campaigns, including resource management and subcontractor services. Your duties will include preparing procedures, overseeing project marine operations, and resolving installation and operational issues in collaboration with the Project Manager. Additionally, you will be expected to support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the management or project team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Project and Field Engineers for offshore installation campaigns - Coordinate and plan offshore campaigns, including resource management and subcontractor services - Prepare procedures and close out comments for projects - Oversee the execution of all project marine operations - Resolve installation and operational issues with the team and work closely with the Project Manager - Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the management or project team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Excellent creative, communicative, and presenting skills - Strong and effective responsiveness - Good administrative, time management, and analytical skills Additional Details: The candidate should also have several years of working experience, a valid driving license, and a clean driving record. Administrative and supervisory experience is preferred.
