The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in expansion and real estate acquisition in warehousing for Ecommerce or Quick-Commerce formats. The role focuses on identifying right properties, managing lease negotiations, and executing expansion plans efficiently to support the organization's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential locations for new dark stores in line with business objectives. Conduct site visits and prepare detailed assessment reports for management approval. Lead lease negotiations with landlords, developers, and brokers to secure cost-effective, high-quality properties. Oversee site handovers and ensure timely store openings as per project timelines. Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain up-to-date records of leased properties, agreements, and renewal timelines. Build and sustain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers. Act as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters within the region. Provide regular updates on site pipeline, negotiations, and project progress to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in real estate acquisition, expansion, or leasing. Proven ability in lease negotiation and vendor/landlord coordination. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in fast-paced environments. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
