Real Estate Manager - Real Estate Business Development, Bangalore

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for new dark stores in line with business objectives.
• Conduct site visits and prepare detailed assessment reports for management approval.
• Lead lease negotiations with landlords, developers, and brokers to secure cost-effective, high-quality properties.
• Oversee site handovers and ensure timely store openings as per project timelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain up-to-date records of leased properties, agreements, and renewal timelines.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters within the region.
• Provide regular updates on site pipeline, negotiations, and project progress to senior management.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate acquisition, expansion, or leasing.
• Proven ability in lease negotiation and vendor/landlord coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Ability to communicate in the local language is preferred.
