Payroll Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end payroll processing

  for site employees and office staff
• Collect, verify, and process

  attendance data

  , including OT, LOP, shift details, and leave records (CL/SL/EL) from site teams
• Ensure

  timely and accurate salary disbursement

  every month
• Monitor and record

  daily attendance

  using

  ZOHO Attendance

  , track absenteeism, and resolve attendance discrepancies
• Prepare and share

  monthly payroll reports, MIS, and analytics

  for management review
• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution

• Ensure

  Full & Final (F&F) settlements

  are processed and cleared on time
• Maintain strict

  confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance

  with company policies

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in payroll handling
• Proven ability to manage

  large workforce data

  and meet strict deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of

  Excel

  and

  ZOHO Payroll

  (or other payroll software)
• Good communication skills in

  English, Telugu & Hindi.

• High level of

  accuracy, discipline, and data confidentiality
