VP / General Manager Operations (Facilities)

Role & responsibilities The General Manager of Operations oversees and directs the day-to-day operations of facility management services. This role involves managing staff, ensuring the efficient operation of facilities, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Key responsibilities include: Leadership and Management : Supervise and lead the operations team, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals. Facility Operations : Oversee the maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of facilities, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and operational standards. Budgeting and Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality. Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns related to facility services. Compliance and Safety : Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Staff Development : Recruit, train, and support team members to ensure a skilled, motivated workforce. Performance Monitoring : Track and evaluate the performance of facility services, implementing improvements when necessary. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective facility management operations. Preferred candidate profile * Should have experience in handling the operations of a large Facility management company. Should be able to attract new clients & control a large force of workers. * Will be responsible for day to day running of a Facility Management Company. Should be experienced in running a Facility Management company, including client interaction, adding new clients to the list, handling a large force of workers & delegation. * Good Knowledge in Facilities (Technical and Soft services), * Heading entire Facility Management Team
