Job Description

1. Facility Operations Management

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all facility operations.
Maintain 100% uptime of essential services (electricity, HVAC, water supply, housekeeping, security, etc.).
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and minimize breakdowns.

2. Maintenance & Infrastructure Management

Oversee AMC vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor building infrastructure, equipment health, and safety systems.
Reduce maintenance costs through effective planning and optimization.

3. Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.
Maintain zero major incidents/accidents in the facility.

4. Vendor & Contract Management

Manage and evaluate all facility-related vendors.
Ensure contract compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve savings without compromising quality.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare and manage facility budgets.
Achieve targeted cost savings through proper resource planning.
Monitor monthly expenses and ensure they remain within approved limits.

6. Team Management

Lead facility teams (housekeeping, security, maintenance).
Conduct regular training to improve performance and compliance.
Ensure high employee engagement and minimal attrition.

7. Customer/Employee Experience

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment.
Address employee complaints or facility issues promptly.
Implement improvements to enhance workplace satisfaction.

8. Projects & Improvements

Plan and execute facility upgrade projects (renovations, repairs, workspace changes).
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
