Roles and Responsibilities Prepare architectural designs, working drawings, and site coordination for residential projects. Incumbent shall have knowledge of submission drawing & Bye laws. Incumbent shall have experience in drawing documentation of High rise buildings. Incumbent shall have experience of Working drawings, coordination drawings, block up details & finishing details. Candidate shall have experience in site coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software tools. Develop design concepts, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements. Preferred candidate profile The candidate should have experience in high-rise residential projects. Only candidates with a B.Arch or M.Arch degree are eligible to apply. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit software is required. A strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and detailing is essential.
Lead and manage the billing operations across residential, commercial, and township projects. Prepare, verify, and finalize RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor/vendor invoices as per project progress. Review BOQs, measurement sheets, and GFC drawings to ensure accuracy in billing and compliance with contract terms. Handle rate analysis, variation statements, material reconciliation, and cost estimation for projects. Coordinate with site teams, planning, procurement, and finance for timely billing inputs and payments. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and audit norms. Draft and monitor work orders, contracts, and vendor agreements in coordination with the contracts team. Maintain billing registers, trackers, and prepare MIS reports for management review. Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in consultation with execution and contracts teams. Mentor and guide billing engineers and executives for accuracy and process improvement.
Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works between site teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Ensure execution of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and STP/ETP systems as per drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of MEP works to align with overall project timelines. Review GFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance and raise queries to consultants when needed. Conduct site inspections to check quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings. Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to resolve design and execution clashes. Track daily progress, prepare DPRs, and escalate delays or issues to Project Manager. Support in testing & commissioning activities of all MEP systems. Verify vendor bills and assist billing/contracts team with accurate MEP measurements and records. Maintain proper documentation of MEP approvals, inspections, and reports.
