Payroll Executive

Role: Full Time

As a Payroll Executive, you will

• Coordinate with different departments and locations and prepare end-to-end payroll accurately and timely.
• Manage all the payroll related statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and any other compliances related to labour law.
• Maintain and update employee data including but not limited to employee onboarding, exit, life cycle, payroll, attendance, leaves etc.
• Handle queries and issues related to payroll and statutory grievances from employees.
• Coordinate with external departments like PF Office, TDS authorities, NAPS and NATS offices and any other such departments.
• Coordinate with management and actively participate in drafting, implementing and modifying company policies.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and maintain MIS related to payroll.

What youll need to be successful

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in payroll, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
• Excellent logical and analytical skills with the ability to make quick and accurate calculations for payroll.
• Excellent understanding of statutory compliances and calculations.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized through the use of to-do lists and other productivity software.
• Computer savvy and proficient with productivity software such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Calendar and Email.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism while working with various departments on competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources or related field required.
