Job Description

As an Ecommerce Merchandiser / Catalog Executive, you will Lead catalogue management for all Ecommerce marketplaces such as Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, and our D2C Shopify website while ensuring product information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate closely with merchandising and design teams to ensure the accuracy of all product attributes so that listings are optimised for conversion and sales. Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations for listing updates, replenishing inventory, order management, processing returns/refunds, and handling customer service requests. Monitor availability of products and sell-through on various channels to proactively allocate replenishments throughout the season. Become an expert on all marketplace policies/guidelines and ensure that they're being followed during photoshoots and daily operations. Ensure photography of each style is done before the finished goods inventory hits the warehouse so that it can be made available on all marketplaces instantly. Organise all media assets such as product images and videos on Google Drive for easy access and data security. Routinely visit the warehouse to: ensure smooth stock movement, check the sellability condition of products, prevent the creation of dead stock. Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure fast order fulfilment times and to set processes for improving operational efficiency. Analyse sales data and assist the team with an Ecommerce buying plan for the following season. What you'll need to be successful 1-3 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce merchandising and sales operations, preferably in the fashion industry. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables and charting. Strong experience working in Unicommerce, Shopify and marketplaces such as Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, etc. Detail-oriented, highly organised through the use of to-do lists and hard-working with a great sense of urgency. Computer savvy and proficient with productivity software such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Calendar and Email. Proactive, motivated and quick learner with high energy. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English are a must. Bachelor's in any relevant field required.
