Description
As a Graphic Designer, you will Design marketing and communication assets across digital and print, including website banners, social media creatives, performance marketing ads, emailers, packaging, in-store signages and more. Translate brand and campaign briefs into visually compelling, on-brand designs. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align visual storytelling with messaging objectives. Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate design quality. Adapt designs for different platforms and formats (e.g., mobile vs desktop, print vs digital). Prepare and present design options and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of creatives while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Maintain a consistent, high standard of aesthetics across all touchpoints. Stay updated on design trends, tools and best practices relevant to fashion and retail. What you will need to be successful 2-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer brands. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or similar collaborative design tools is a plus. A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of digital and print design work. An eye for clean design, balanced layouts, typography and colour. Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple deadlines with speed and accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively. Basic understanding of marketing and brand positioning in the context of design. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
