Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will

• Design marketing and communication assets across digital and print, including website banners, social media creatives, performance marketing ads, emailers, packaging, in-store signages and more.
• Translate brand and campaign briefs into visually compelling, on-brand designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align visual storytelling with messaging objectives.
• Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate design quality.
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats (e.g., mobile vs desktop, print vs digital).
• Prepare and present design options and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain a consistent, high standard of aesthetics across all touchpoints.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools and best practices relevant to fashion and retail.

What you will need to be successful

• 2-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or similar collaborative design tools is a plus.
• A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of digital and print design work.
• An eye for clean design, balanced layouts, typography and colour.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple deadlines with speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.
• Basic understanding of marketing and brand positioning in the context of design.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
