Responsibilities Candidate should responsible for processing and managing the organization’s payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining accurate employee compensation records. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in payroll software and statutory laws. Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees. Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, leaves, and salary revisions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI and other applicable laws. Reconcile payroll data with HR and Finance departments to ensure accuracy. Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner. Generate payroll reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Assist in audits and statutory reporting as required. Ensure confidentiality of all payroll and employee information. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field. Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
