Job Title : Payroll-Executive
Job Location : Ambattur Chennai
Qualification : Any graduate / Post graduate
Experience : 1-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end payroll processing for 400+ employees with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records.
Process full & final settlements, reimbursements, and other payroll-related activities.
Generate payroll MIS reports and provide necessary data for audits.
Work on payroll-related queries and resolve employee concerns effectively.
Coordinate with HR & Finance for smooth payroll operations.
