Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update payroll records and reports
• Prepare and verify payroll data to ensure accurate and timely salary payments
• Analyze, prepare, and input payroll data into automated payroll systems
• Review payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll general ledger accounts and bank statements
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports
• Monitor and process staff appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations accurately
• Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations and maintain accurate account balances
• Review, implement, and improve payroll policies and procedures
• Oversee maintenance of current employee data systems
• Ensure all payroll records comply with statutory and regulatory requirements
