Process monthly payroll and coordinate with the accounts team for timely salary disbursement.
Prepare salary structures, computation sheets, and payslips .
Manage leaves, attendance, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
Handle investment declarations and proof submissions .
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Support payroll audits and generate reports for management.
Train new joiners on using HRMS/Company software.
1 3 years of experience in payroll processing (preferably from a staffing/consultancy background ).
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Codes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools (Zoho or similar) .
Excellent communication, accuracy, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
