Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage attendance, shift rosters, leave records, and employee master data on HR systems.
Support accurate payroll inputs, maintain salary structures, and ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
Support HR operations including onboarding, exit processes, and documentation.
Generate reports and support HR analytics for audits and leadership reviews.
Assist in coordinating learning programs, tracking participation, and supporting engagement initiatives.

Skills Required:
