Payroll Associate

The job focuses on ensuring timely salary disbursement and compliance with statutory regulations. This involves managing time-bound processes, validating data accuracy, handling investments declaration, Form 16s, and tax returns. The role also includes preparing and submitting quarterly and annual TDS returns. The ideal candidate should be a minimum graduate with a good understanding of labor laws and regulations. Additionally, good communication and interpersonal skills are required for this position. The schedule is a day shift, and the work location is in person at MG Road, Gurugram.
