What You’ll Do (Zap the Market 🚀)

• Drive new business development with banks, payment networks, and financial institutions – from prospecting to closing big-ticket deals. 

• Build C-suite relationships (yes, you’ll be talking loyalty, engagement, and customer magic with CXOs). 

• Pitch innovative loyalty solutions that solve real problems and excite clients. 

• Own and-to-end sales cycle – proposals, pricing, contracts, negotiations. 

• Work closely with product, partnerships, and operations teams to deliver solutions that truly Zap. 

• Be the face of Zaps India at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. 

• Lead account growth by identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities. 

• Help shape India strategy with global leadership – your ideas matter here. 

What Makes You Perfect (The Ideal Zapper ✨)

• 8–10 years of business development experience in banking, fintech, payments, or loyalty solutions. 

• Strong CXO-level network across banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. 

• Track record of closing large, strategic deals (we love rainmakers 🌧💰). 

• Excellent negotiation and storytelling skills – you can sell an idea, not just a product. 

• Hunger to grow, hustle, and make things happen. 

• A balance of strategic thinker + execution ninja. 

• And most importantly – a sense of humor. Zappers are serious about results, but never boring.
