We are looking for an experienced partner manager to lead and scale our partner network across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and nurturing partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the Indian education landscape. Key Responsibilities Partner Strategy & Expansion Develop and execute a PAN-India strategy for partner acquisition and engagement. Identify, onboard, and train partners (individuals/organizations) for our programs. Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with partners across states. Provide partners with necessary resources, training, and support. Performance Monitoring Set and track partner performance metrics Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to optimize partner effectiveness. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with internal teams to align partner activities with foundation goals. Organize partner meet-ups, webinars, and training sessions. Reporting & Documentation Maintain partner databases and track progress. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on partner contributions and regional trends. Role Overview - Department: Partnerships & Outreach Location: Gurugram (Travel Required) Reporting To: Program Director The Business Development Manager will be responsible for on-boarding, managing, and scaling partner networks , including Associate Partners, Schools, and Institutional Collaborations, to drive student registrations for the Foundation’s Scholarship Programs . This is a target-oriented role with high ownership, performance-linked incentives, and field engagement. Key Responsibilities / KRAs1. Partner & School Onboarding Identify, onboard, and manage Associate Partners, Schools, NGOs, and Institutional Partners across assigned territories. Conduct presentations, meetings, and onboarding sessions for partners and schools. Ensure proper agreement execution and orientation of partners on program guidelines. 2. Registration & Growth Management Drive student registrations for scholarship examinations through partners and schools. Track daily, weekly, and monthly registration numbers against assigned targets. Ensure quality and compliance in registrations and documentation. 3. Partner Performance Monitoring Monitor partner activity, engagement levels, and output on a daily basis. Provide guidance, training, and support to improve partner performance. Ensure partners follow branding, communication, and operational protocols. 4. Reporting & MIS Maintain and submit daily activity reports, registration trackers, and performance dashboards . Share insights on ground challenges, market feedback, and improvement areas. 5. Coordination & Execution Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Client Support, and Finance for smooth execution.
