Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships with external stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with partners, negotiating collaborative agreements, analyzing partnership performance metrics, and ensuring that mutual objectives are met. The role will also involve closely coordinating with internal teams to align goals and strategies, contributing to Kashti’s continued growth and presence in the financial industry.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Partnerships, Account Management, and Strategic Partnerships to build and maintain robust professional relationships
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to assess performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Proven strategic thinking abilities for identifying growth opportunities and designing partnership strategies
• Background in financial services, fintech, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Strong team player with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
