Director of Partnerships & Alliances


What You’ll Do

  • Lead India’s partnership strategy and manage zonal alliance teams.
  • Build strong merchant relationships and premium collaborations.
  • Develop campaign structures, financial models, and ROI frameworks.
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to align strategy.


Who You Are

  • 8–10 years in merchant alliances or partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and deal structuring ability.
  • A true Zapper — adaptable, collaborative, and driven by impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus

Qualifications

  • Experience in nurturing and managing Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Planning
  • Skills in Account Management and Sales
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the loyalty management, travel solutions, or related industries is advantageous
