About Our Organization:

The Diabesties Foundation (TDF) is a non-profit pioneering Type 1 Diabetes care since 2018. Through various projects, we address health inequities by promoting access to insulin, education, and support - working with diverse stakeholders to drive sustainable, inclusive healthcare impact.

Role Summary:

Partnership Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development & Management

  1. Identify, initiate and build strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders across private, public, and development sectors.
  2. Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with current and prospective partners.
  3. Coordinate co-branded initiatives, joint programs, and collaborative events.
  4. Align partnership opportunities with Diabesties' strategic priorities and programmatic goals.

Donor Engagement & Fund Mobilization

  1. Support fundraising efforts through CSR collaborations, grant applications, and donor engagement.
  2. Track funding cycles and calls for proposals; coordinate timely submissions.

Stakeholder Communication & Representation

  1. Represent Diabesties Foundation in meetings, forums, and networking events.
  2. Support in lead generation through both online and offline platforms.
  3. Co- develop communication material and outreach collateral in coordination with the Communications team.

Internal Coordination

  1. Work independently as well as with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  2. Maintain accurate records and dashboards of partnerships and prospect

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, CSR, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement preferably in a nonprofit organization.
  • Demonstrated success in building and sustaining partnerships and mobilizing resources.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about healthcare and making a positive impact in the community.
  • Familiarity with the Type 1 Diabetes ecosystem would be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for events/workshops/meetings upon requirement
