Role Summary: The Partnership Lead will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, civil society organizations, and government bodies to scale the impact of Diabesties Foundation. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to public health, with a particular focus on the people living with Type 1 Diabetes. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development & Management Identify, initiate and build strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders across private, public, and development sectors. Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with current and prospective partners. Coordinate co-branded initiatives, joint programs, and collaborative events. Align partnership opportunities with Diabesties' strategic priorities and programmatic goals. Donor Engagement & Fund Mobilization Support fundraising efforts through CSR collaborations, grant applications, and donor engagement. Track funding cycles and calls for proposals; coordinate timely submissions. Stakeholder Communication & Representation Represent Diabesties Foundation in meetings, forums, and networking events. Support in lead generation through both online and offline platforms. Co- develop communication material and outreach collateral in coordination with the Communications team. Internal Coordination Work independently as well as with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives. Maintain accurate records and dashboards of partnerships and prospect Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, CSR, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement preferably in a nonprofit organization. Demonstrated success in building and sustaining partnerships and mobilizing resources. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passionate about healthcare and making a positive impact in the community. Familiarity with the Type 1 Diabetes ecosystem would be an added advantage.
