We're launching a real estate-focused vertical and looking for a Community Builder to cultivate vibrant, engaged, and financially aware communities within residential and commercial properties powered by OneNDF. You’ll be the voice, heart, and connector of the communities we support. Whether it’s a newly built residential township, a co-living space, or a homebuyer ecosystem—we want you to foster relationships, organize experiences, and help residents feel like they're part of something bigger. Key Responsibilities Strategic Networking & Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with real estate developers, their sales teams , and CRM departments . Act as the primary liaison between OneNDF and builder partners to understand their funding requirements across the project lifecycle. End-to-End Funding Facilitation Identify and enable financing solutions for developers, from land acquisition , construction finance , to last-mile project funding . Collaborate with internal credit and lending teams to structure and deliver tailor-made funding options. Support Builder Sales & Inventory Movement Work closely with the sales teams of developers to unlock buyer financing options, accelerating inventory movement and cash flows. Educate builder teams on home loan offerings, subsidies, and OneNDF’s digital onboarding tools for buyers. Community Engagement & Loyalty Initiatives Develop community-driven initiatives within residential projects to improve homeowner satisfaction and engagement post-sale. Facilitate workshops, events, and digital communication that strengthens OneNDF’s presence in the community. Market Intelligence & Reporting Stay on top of real estate market trends, project launches, and developer expansion plans to proactively pitch OneNDF solutions. Provide regular insights and feedback to product and lending teams to shape relevant offerings. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, product) to ensure smooth processing of builder and buyer funding requirements. Work with the marketing team to create co-branded campaigns with builders. Ideal Candidate 2–5 years experience in community management, real estate marketing, or lifestyle brands Strong communication and storytelling skills Familiarity with housing/living ecosystems, proptech, or fintech is a bonus Empathy-driven, socially savvy, and execution-oriented Why Join Us?
