About the Role

Secured Loan Training Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design:

  Develop structured training modules with clear learning outcomes.

• Content Creation:

  Write scripts, PPTs, case studies, and assessments focused only on secured loans.

• Delivery & Recording:

  Record high-quality sessions, coordinate with video editors, and ensure learner engagement.

• Certification Path:

  Define assessments, grading standards, and certification criteria.

• Continuous Updates:

  Keep modules updated with market and regulatory changes in secured lending.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in secured loans (Home Loans, LAP, or Business Loans) in banking, NBFCs, or fintech.
• Experience in

  training, instructional design, or L&D

  preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English; strong on-camera presence.
• Ability to simplify complex loan concepts for first-time learners.

Good-to-Have

• Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
• Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.).
• Previous work on certification or skill-development programs.
