Job Description

This role is ideal for a performance-savvy marketer who thrives on building relationships, running impactful in-person events, and turning partnerships into real pipeline. You’ll work closely with Meta’s partner team, drive co-branded activations across India, and own all partner-led initiatives from idea to impact.


  • Own & Grow the Meta Partnership: Act as the primary relationship manager between Zocket and Meta, driving alignment, communication, and execution of strategic programs.
  • Performance-Driven Campaigns: Work with Meta to co-design campaigns, ad credit utilization, workshops, and playbooks that directly support lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Run GTM Events: Lead the planning and execution of Meta-aligned in-person events across India — from concept to execution, driving attendance, engagement, and conversions.
  • Content & Brand Visibility: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging post-event assets, success stories, and thought leadership for platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Internal Enablement: Educate sales, customer success, and product teams on Meta’s tools, updates, and opportunities to drive better adoption and results.
  • Track & Optimize Performance: Set clear KPIs for partner-led activities (leads, reach, deals closed), track campaign impact, and deliver regular updates to leadership.
  • Market Listening: Stay on top of Meta’s roadmap, trends in the performance marketing space, and competitor partner activity to shape Zocket’s partner strategy.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in partner marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles in a SaaS or digital-first company or agency background
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, ad campaign workflows, and media planning — especially Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms
  • Strong project management and event execution skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — you’ll work with Meta’s team, internal cross-functional teams, and clients
  • A “builder” mindset — proactive, scrappy, organized, and deeply collaborative


Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience working directly with Meta as a partner, client, or agency liaison
  • Exposure to co-branded marketing, B2B demand generation events, or digital roadshows
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager
