NOW HIRING: Full‑Stack Paid Media SpecialistWork Anywhere – Must Cover U.S. Central Time Business Hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. CT, with 1‑hour break) About StackBot Suite & Digital Marketing by Alex StackBot Suite is a fast-growing B2B SaaS provider combining AI-powered customer-facing agents with expert paid ad campaigns and full-funnel launch execution. Led by Alex, we’re innovation-first and performance-focused, helping businesses scale efficiently through automation and marketing prowess. The Role – What You’ll Do As our Full‑Stack Paid Media Specialist , you’ll design, launch, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns across global channels—all while maintaining U.S. Central Time availability for collaboration with our core team. Strategize & Architect Paid Funnels Conduct audience and market research to inform strategy Create funnel blueprints and set ambitious KPIs Develop AI-Augmented Creative Write high-converting ad copy leveraging tools like ChatGPT & Jasper Design visuals using Canva/Adobe + AI (Midjourney/DALL‑E) Align creative across ads, landing pages, and funnels Manage Multi-Platform Campaigns Lead campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok Execute advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B tests Monitor budgets and optimize for ROI Build & Optimize Landing Experience Collaborate on landing page development and A/B testing Ensure UX continuity from ad click through conversion Implement Tracking & Reporting Setup Set up GTM, pixels, and API tracking Analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, etc. Use AI to automate reporting and uncover deeper insights Collaborate Across Teams Work remotely but synchronously with core U.S.-based team Contribute in real-time during 8 a.m.–5 p.m. CT business hours Required Qualifications Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field 4+ years managing paid campaigns with measurable results Portfolio of ad copy + campaign creatives linked to performance Familiarity with AI tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or DALL‑E Strong performance-marketing analytics (GTM, GA4, Looker Studio) Design proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Excellent direct-response copywriting Strong organizational skills for remote, global work coordination Preferred / Bonus Skills Google Ads, Meta Blueprint certification Experience with CRO and A/B testing platforms Basic video production or editing skills Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs Experience in SaaS or e-commerce Knowledge of multi-touch attribution What You’ll Gain Remote-First & Global: Work from anywhere, aligned to Central Time collaboration AI-Driven Marketing: Leverage cutting-edge tools in creative and strategy Collaborative Culture: Real-time teamwork with a dynamic core team Career Growth: Training, certifications, and clear promotion paths How to Apply Click the link above to open our application.
