As a Paid Media Executive at Stakque Digital Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive strong ROI and conversion goals. Your role will involve planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns across various platforms, conducting audience research, and collaborating with design and content teams to maximize performance. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). - Efficiently manage and scale ad budgets to achieve strong ROI and conversion goals. - Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking. - Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages for maximum performance. - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights. - Collaborate with design and content teams to align creative assets with marketing strategy. - Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and audience targeting. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and significant monthly ad spends. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data interpretation. - Strong communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. - Must be willing to work on-site at our Mangalore office full-time.
