Paid Media Specialist

As an experienced Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Your main focus will be on creating, optimizing, and scaling high-performing ad campaigns to drive measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and A/B testing for continuous performance improvement. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and provide actionable insights. - Develop strategies to maximize ROI and minimize acquisition costs. - Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms. - Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop impactful ad creatives. - Prepare detailed performance reports and present campaign results to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns on Google & Meta Ads. - Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and attribution models. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Business Manager, and Ads Manager. - Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Proven success in scaling campaigns and achieving ROAS targets. - Excellent communication and reporting skills. - Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).
