About Us:

Paid Media Specialist


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and more.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, CTR, CPL, and overall campaign ROI.

• Work closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure that campaigns align with business goals and target the right audiences.

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency while meeting performance targets.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Execute A/B tests, optimize ad creatives, and refine targeting to maximize results.

• Deliver regular reports on campaign performance to clients and provide insights for improvement.


Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

• Proven ability to drive ROI and optimize paid media campaigns for performance.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tracking tools.

• Understanding of SEO and how it integrates with paid media is an advantage.

• Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
