About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, optimizing, and scaling high-performing ad campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and A/B testing for continuous performance improvement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
• Develop strategies to maximize ROI and minimize acquisition costs.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop impactful ad creatives.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present campaign results to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns on Google & Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Business Manager, and Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Proven success in scaling campaigns and achieving ROAS targets.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,979.70 - ₹83,975.30 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
