Role Overview


As an Outreach Specialist at SquadCX, you’ll focus on identifying prospects, engaging them through LinkedIn and personalized email outreach, and booking qualified appointments. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing leadership to ensure fixed KPIs are met while gaining exposure to cutting-edge SaaS and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn outreach, personalized email campaigns, and other channels. 
  • Book appointments with qualified prospects and deliver initial product/service information over virtual meetings (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet). 
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies for SaaS and IT Services markets. 
  • Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, and CRM platforms.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, track pipeline progress, and provide regular reports on outreach activities and results. 
  • Achieve and exceed fixed KPIs and targets as set by management. 
  • Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft modern, engaging outreach emails and follow-ups. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and campaigns. 

 


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum

    3 years of proven experience

    in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development (preferably in SaaS or IT Services). 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with neutral or near-neutral US accent. 
  • Confident and presentable over virtual meetings. 
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive). 
  • Familiarity with email automation tools (Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly). 
  • Ability to craft personalized outreach messages (not copy-paste). 
  • Resilient, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote setup. 
  • Comfortable working US shifts (7 PM – 4 AM IST). 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
