Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outreach Specialist to handle end-to-end outbound outreach for U.S.-based clients.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, following up, and booking qualified calls for our services. This role is ideal for someone who understands American business communication and is comfortable working with targets.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify U.S.-based creators, brands, and businesses aligned with Edolv Media’s services

Build and manage lead lists using platforms like email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other outreach channels

Create and send personalized, value-driven outreach messages tailored to U.S. business culture

Follow up consistently to improve response and conversion rates

Coordinate outreach timing to align with U.S. business hours

Maintain lead tracking and update outreach status regularly

Work closely with the sales and creative teams to refine offers and messaging

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in outbound outreach, lead generation, or sales (U.S. market preferred)

Excellent written English with a strong understanding of American tone and professionalism

Experience with outreach tools, CRM systems, or manual lead tracking

Basic understanding of digital marketing, content creation, or the creator economy is a plus

Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives

Willingness to adjust work hours partially for U.S. time zones
