Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns across

    WhatsApp, Email, and LinkedIn

    .
  • Identify, segment, and target potential clients based on project requirements.
  • Generate and nurture leads for real estate projects through structured outreach flows.

Marketing Automation

  • Set up, manage, and optimize

    marketing automation workflows

    for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
  • Integrate outreach campaigns with CRM tools to track engagement and conversions.
  • Automate drip campaigns, reminders, and follow-up sequences.

WhatsApp Marketing

  • Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for promotions, site visit follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
  • Manage broadcast lists and ensure compliance with messaging guidelines.
  • Track response rates and optimize messaging strategies.

Email Marketing

  • Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns including promotional, nurturing, and follow-up emails.
  • Maintain and clean email databases for better deliverability.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance.

LinkedIn Outreach

  • Execute LinkedIn connection and messaging strategies for lead generation.
  • Engage with prospects through personalized messages and follow-ups.
  • Support brand visibility and professional outreach on LinkedIn.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain outreach data, reports, and MIS for management review.
  • Track KPIs such as lead response rate, conversion rate, and engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate with sales, CRM, and marketing teams for seamless lead handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–4 years of experience in

    outreach, lead generation, or digital marketing

    (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Marketing automation tools
  • WhatsApp marketing platforms
  • Email marketing tools
  • LinkedIn outreach techniques
  • Strong written communication and personalization skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management.
  • Data-driven mindset with good reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate or B2C sales support.
  • Knowledge of funnel-based marketing and lead nurturing.
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach without compromising quality.
