📍 TTFA Academy | Analytics • BI • Automation • Career UpskillingTTFA Academy is building India’s most practical, industry-driven analytics learning ecosystem.We work directly with working professionals from top MNCs and help learners bridge the gap between theory and real-world implementation.To scale our impact, we’re looking for a Client Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist who can drive high-quality leads across B2B and B2C segments.🎯 Your RoleYou will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for TTFA Academy’s programs and corporate offerings, ensuring a consistent pipeline for enrollments and partnerships.🔑 What You’ll Do
  • B2C – Learner Outreach
  • Engage prospective learners via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and calls
  • Convert inbound leads from ads, webinars, bootcamps, and website
  • Qualify learners based on career goals, experience, and course fit
  • Drive enrollments for programs like Applied Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Automation tracks
B2B – Corporate & Partnership Outreach
  • Identify HRs, L&D heads, managers, and founders for corporate training & analytics upskilling
  • Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email
  • Generate leads for corporate training, workshops, consulting, and partnerships
  • Schedule discovery calls with founders / senior team
  • Process & Follow-Ups
  • Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM / Google Sheets
  • Track lead status, conversions, and response rates
  • Work closely with marketing and founder teams to optimize messaging
🧠 What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Experience in lead generation, outreach, or inside sales (ed-tech preferred)
  • Comfort with cold outreach + structured follow-ups
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, spreadsheets
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and growth-oriented mindset
  • 📊 Success Metrics (KPIs)
  • Qualified leads generated (weekly/monthly)
  • Demo / counseling call bookings
  • Outreach → conversion ratio
  • Follow-up efficiency
