Job Description

Oracle Financials Functional Consultant (AR / GL / Cash Management / iSupplier) — On-site, IndiaIndustry: IT services & ERP consulting for enterprise customers across manufacturing, retail, financial services and distribution.Sector: ERP implementation, upgrade and managed-services delivery focused on Oracle Financials and procurement integrations. We deliver end-to-end Oracle EBS solutions that modernize finance operations and improve cash-to-report cycles for large enterprises.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant to join an implementation team delivering AR, GL, Cash Management and iSupplier/iProcurement modules. This is an on-site role across India working directly with clients to translate business requirements into robust Oracle configurations, data migrations, and production-ready processes.Role & Responsibilities

Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle AR, GL, Cash Management and iSupplier modules—map business requirements to system setups, validations and accounting rules.
Drive requirements workshops, create functional specifications (FRD/BRD), and define data conversion & interface mappings for integrations with third-party systems.
Develop and execute test plans, UAT scripts and cutover activities; validate transactional flows (Order-to-Cash, Cash Reconciliation, Revenue posting) end-to-end.
Support data migration and reconciliation efforts—execute data validation queries, resolve mapping issues and ensure post-migration accuracy.
Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and quick resolution of defects; own knowledge transfer, end-user training and documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams (PL/SQL developers, BI, Basis) to implement interfaces, custom reports and performance optimizations.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

4+ years hands-on Oracle EBS functional experience covering AR, GL and Cash Management; iiSupplier/iProcurement experience required.
Proven track record of end-to-end implementations or major upgrades (requirements, config, data migration, UAT, go-live).
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, accounts receivable processes, cash reconciliation and statutory/localization requirements (India/GST).
Comfortable writing basic SQL/PLSQL for data validation and collaborating with development teams.
Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder-management skills; willing to work on-site and travel to client locations across India.

Preferred:

Oracle certification in Financials (EBS R12) or prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials conversions.
Exposure to integration technologies, API-based interfaces, and automation of reconciliations/reports.
