Operations Team Lead

This role requires a mix of leadership, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to execution. You’ll be at the center of our day-to-day operations — coordinating between teams, streamlining workflows, and making sure deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Oversee daily operations across creator management, client servicing, logistics, and delivery.
• Build and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and highlight process improvements.
• Collaborate with tech, product, and business teams to close gaps in processes.
• Manage escalations and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and partner contracts.
• Support leadership with planning and scaling operations as Flashoot expands across cities.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in

  operations management

  , preferably in startups, media, or creator-driven platforms.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving measurable results.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Comfort with data — ability to analyze metrics and turn insights into actions.
• Problem-solver with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in SaaS platforms, event/content industries, or marketplaces.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Jira, or similar.
• Experience in vendor management or partner ecosystem management.
