Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to drive conversions and revenue.
• Monitor KPIs daily, ensuring campaigns are ROI-positive and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with the creative team to craft high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Manage budgets efficiently while maximizing reach and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify winning creatives, audiences, and strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in startups, creative, or D2C industries.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other social platforms with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• A balance of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making.
