What You’ll Do

• Own and manage Flashoot’s presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Plan and schedule campaigns, content calendars, and launches that engage and convert.
• Collaborate with design, product, and creator teams to create scroll-stopping content.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to stay ahead of the curve.
• Track analytics, generate reports, and iterate strategies based on insights.
• Build and nurture online communities, responding to comments, queries, and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of proven experience in

  social media management or digital marketing

  .
• Strong portfolio or track record of growing and engaging audiences.
• Excellent understanding of platform algorithms, paid campaigns, and influencer marketing.
• Ability to craft compelling copy and work with design/video teams for content creation.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for storytelling.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startups, creator-led brands, or content platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with PR campaigns or online reputation management.
• Ability to run micro-campaigns for product launches, partnerships, or events.
