Operations Manager

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee our daily delivery hub operations in Pune. You will be responsible for supervising a team team of 25–30 Junior Supervisors and 60-70 Delivery Associates across multiple client hubs (Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit), ensuring efficiency, compliance, and rider performance. Key Responsibilities Supervision : Lead and manage a team of 25–30 Junior Supervisors and 60-70 Delivery Associates across different hubs. Client Coordination : Maintain daily communication with client hub managers (Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit) and ensure SLAs are met. Performance Tracking : Monitor rider productivity, attendance, and route efficiency. Training & Onboarding : Conduct regular rider training, ensure safety protocol adherence, and manage new joiner onboarding. Issue Resolution : Handle rider grievances, route delays, and escalations quickly and professionally. Reporting : Submit daily/weekly reports to higher management on operations, compliance, and performance KPIs. Compliance : Ensure EPI, documentation, and attendance systems are properly managed and updated. Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of experience in last-mile logistics or delivery operations. Prior experience managing field teams in high-pressure environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and comfort using tech platforms (Amazon Flex, Zepto dashboard, etc.). Ability to travel locally between hubs as needed. Preferred Experience working with Amazon/Zepto/Blinkit or similar delivery platforms. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask.
