Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day academic and administrative functions. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, a background in education operations or student support, and the ability to work cross-functionally to enhance student experience and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the operations team to ensure smooth execution of academic and support functions.
  • Oversee student lifecycle management — from onboarding and counseling to course completion support.
  • Coordinate with academic teams, mentors, and support staff to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
  • Supervise scheduling, class coordination, and faculty communication.
  • Monitor and improve team performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and high-quality student support.
  • Implement efficient workflows and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Address student queries/escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in data reporting, analysis, and strategic planning to drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a seamless student journey.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, student support, or academic advising; prior experience in the education sector is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in student counseling, mentoring, or academic coordination.
  • Knowledge of professional certification programs such as US CPA, US CMA, EA, CIA, and ACCA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online education platforms is preferred.
