Job Description

Hiring Operations Manager

Location: Kochi

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000

Gender : male and female

Experience : 3 - 4 yrs

Responsibilities :

Client management - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their requirements
Candidate job departure coordination - offering guidance on any last-minute issues.
Post-departure issue resolution - Act as the primary contact for addressing any concerns or problems that arise after candidates have joined their new roles.
Problem-solving support for any challenges that arise after candidates have departed.
Work closely with recruitment teams, HR, and support staff to align operational goals.

Qualification:

Minimum 10 years experience in recruitment field.
Age above 40
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within recruitment or HR services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to maintain client and candidate confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
