Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of
Offset Printing and Post Press Departments
.
Ensure
production targets
are achieved with
minimum rejection and wastage
.
Plan and monitor the
workflow
to optimize machine utilization.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Maintain quality standards as per company requirements.
Lead and motivate the team to enhance efficiency and accountability.
Prepare production reports and analyze downtime/rejections.
Ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting of printing machines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

810 years of experience in the
Printing & Packaging industry
.
Strong technical knowledge of
Heidelberg and Mitsubishi machines
.
Excellent leadership and manpower handling skills.
Knowledge of ISO standards and production documentation preferred.
