Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee and execute electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance for our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical components meet safety standards, technical specifications, and project deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and review electrical systems and schematics for projects. Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and project management. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and codes. Oversee procurement of electrical materials and equipment. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within budget. Maintain accurate records of project progress and technical documentation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in electrical design and project management. Proficiency in electrical CAD software (AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are a plus.

Role & responsibilities Should have good exposure of operations and maintenance (preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance) of Utility equipments like HT/LT Panels, Transformers sets, Switch Yard, GIS Substation & Distribution System, UPS, Solar & Gas Generator. Should have experience in Electrical Utility of a plant preferable 220KV, 66 KV, 33KV, Switch Yard & Transmission Lines exposure. Energy Management System (SCADA Operations) Should have good analytical approach to do Why-Why analysis of technical problems. Should have knowledge of TPM approach like good visualization of KPIs, Machine 5S, IMS documentation. Have knowledge of Utility KPIs and energy conservation ideas in areas of cost savings in Electricity, Water, Fuel, Air. Should have hands on experience in operations and maintenance Utility equipments and verse with handling critical breakdowns in Electrical equipments. Good Knowledge of 5S and Kaizens approach. Can be work in critical situation and pressure. Should have exposure of Team handling >60+ members including engineers and technical staff. Should have good communication and soft skills. Should have knowledge of Spare Part Planning. Should know safety aspects of site and safety work rules during maintenance operation. Should have knowledge of compliance handling in Utility area like- Electricity rules, Legal & Statutory license renewals coordination with agencies.
