Candidate must be from Electronics background Understand the SMT production process of electronic manufacturing & documents -related standards requirement. Main activities & responsibilities: - create vendor, Customer & Material. Create, Modify & Extent the vendor & customer. Checking documents, approvals & duplicity for new creation. Creation of PO as per the request received. Coordinate with other teams for missing information. Prepare repots pertains to Vendor & Customer & provide the same to Management We expect the candidates to have a curiosity and eagerness to learn. Proactiveness will be appreciated.

Location: - Prithla, Palwal Roles and Responsibilities: - Very well understand the HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) process and working. Aluminum casting knowledge is mandatory. Required VDA 6.3 Core Tool and IATF certified Auditor. Expertise in audits, including IATF, VDA 6.3, and customer audits, ensuring compliance and timely closure of non-conformities. Know about GD & T, Measuring instruments, quality drawing, etc. Understand the defects problem and take steps through with corrective/preventive action. Monitoring and analyzing customer complaints, proactively taking appropriate measures to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Delivering comprehensive On-the-Job Training (OJT) to associates and quality inspectors, equipping them with in-depth knowledge of parts and CTQ parameter symbols as per the control plan. Leading the successful implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, such as ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 while ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements Knowledge of CMM,, hardness testers, and spectrometers, etc. Prepared and revised PFDs, control plans, and PFMEAs based on customer complaints Prepared shift schedules and skill matrices.

Knowledge of SMT process and Material Issue process. Know about EMS Process. Successfully handled with production management team for as per quality daily base assemble product with line Inspection. Responsible for planning & developing new product as per customer requirement /design verification & suggestion / validation & verification of design calculation. Preparation/ Review & control of internal technical documentation. CRM/IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC/ Poka-Yoke/Six sigma. Knowledge of Quality equipments and core tools like SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, Calibration, Why-Why analysis, CAPA, etc. Responsible for Conduct the process & product audits as per plan. Factory including BIS & ISO & IS3854/IS1293/IS13779 Evaluation & testing of products as per IEC/ MIL/ MNRE Standards (on Safety, Immunity, Reliability Performance, Parameter, etc.) To select components like LED, heat sink, Capacitor, MOV, MCPCB, reflector, lighting fixtures & LED driver etc. for LED lamp based on performance/ quality & price. To provide technical support&Help to sales team. Successfully Handled Planning for LED, BLDC, and Heater/Inductions Product.
