Job Role : Sr. Engineer (Quality) Work Location : Catalydd Engineering and Consulting (Faridabad Office) (1st Floor, Office, No. 3, Baisla House, Shyam Colony, Sector 4, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, Haryana 121004) Education : Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Automotive/Production) only Experience : Experience candidate in the Product Quality inspection Min 6 year & max 7 years Responsibilities : 1. Taking care of Customers Handling. 2. Visit Daily Basis on sites , Able to manage the Issues of Sites. 3. Leadership with Able to giving trainings on site with Engineer. 4. Can Independently handle of All Projects as per our Project Management Check sheet. 5. Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.). 6. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for identified defects and quality issues. 7. Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes such as Sheet Metals, Fabrications, Fasteners, injection molding, machining, and assembly. 8. Required one major core knowledge of Business Development for the EXISTING CUSTOMER NEW BUSINESS mind Strategy type. 9. In-depth knowledge of automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and quality management tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, etc.).. 10. Core Knowledge of PPT , Data Making & Proficient in statistical analysis software (MS Office, Excel, etc.) and quality tools (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa diagrams).. 11. Good written & verbal communication skills 12. Ability to travel as needed (domestic/international) to support customer or supplier activities 13. 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within the automotive industry, preferably in OEM or Tier 1 supplier roles.. 14. Prepare and present detailed quality reports for management and customers and maintain team discipline across all Project.
