Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and support
Fynsis ERP system
user access, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendor for ERP-related issues.
Handle
installation and maintenance
of computer
hardware and software
across departments.
Perform
CCTV camera installation
, configuration, and regular monitoring to ensure smooth functioning.
Set up and connect
printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
across the network.
Manage
Outlook / Email configuration
, backup, and troubleshooting for all users.
Maintain and monitor
firewall and network security
, ensuring data protection and internet usage control.
Handle
database backup and maintenance
, ensuring smooth access and recovery.
Manage
network sharing drives
, access rights, and folder-level security for employees.
Provide
technical support
for all IT-related issues within the organization.
Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and service support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Hands-on experience in
ERP system support (preferably Fynsis ERP)
.
Good knowledge of
networking, firewall management, and data security
.
Proficient in
system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
.
Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle multiple IT tasks independently.
