The IT Executive will be responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining the company s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. The role involves providing technical support to users / employers, ensuring smooth functioning of hardware and software, and assisting in implementing IT policies, upgrades, and security measures.
Key Responsibilities:
System & Network Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.\
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
IT Support & Helpdesk
- Provide first-line technical support to end the employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Log, track, and resolve IT service requests in a timely manner
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of video conferencing systems and telecommunication devices.
Software & Security Management
- Ensure all systems have updated antivirus and security patches.
- Support software installations, updates, and license management.
- Implement and monitor IT security protocols, including data backup and recovery processes.
- Support the enforcement of cybersecurity policies and assist in periodic audits.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and accessories.
- Coordinate procurement, repair, and disposal of IT equipment.
Coordination & Documentation
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and maintenance.
- Maintain documentation for network configurations, support tickets, and IT policies.
- Assist in preparing periodic IT performance and incident reports.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. -
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration (for entry-level); 3-5 years for mid-level. -
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and Office 365 suite.
- Basic networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and backup solutions.
- Understanding of IT security and data protection best practices.

Compensation:
40-45k/monthly in hand
